Job Title: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supporting Massachusetts Students
Location: Work from Home / Serving K12 Schools Across Massachusetts
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Start Date: 20252026 Academic Year
Overview:
Soliant is looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist whos ready to bring their expertise to the virtual classroom. In this fully remote role, youll provide top-notch speech services to students throughout Massachusettshelping them grow in confidence, communication, and classroom engagement.
What Youll Do:

Deliver one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions online

Evaluate students and develop individualized treatment plans that align with IEP goals

Stay on top of documentation and progress tracking

Attend virtual IEP meetings and coordinate with teachers and parents

Use digital tools and interactive techniques to keep students engaged and progressing
What You Need:

A Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

A valid SLP license for the state of Massachusetts

Preferably ASHA CCC certification

2+ years of school-based or pediatric experience

Comfort with teletherapy software and working independently
