Job Description
About the Role
A Minnesota school district is looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver virtual therapy services to K12 students. This remote role allows you to work from home while helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed academically.
What Youll Do

Conduct virtual speech and language assessments to identify each students needs

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals

Provide engaging and effective teletherapy sessions

Monitor student progress and update therapy plans as needed

Collaborate closely with teachers, families, special education teams, and other professionals to support student success

Ensure compliance with district policies and state and federal regulations, including FERPA and HIPAA
What Were Looking For

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

Valid Minnesota SLP license or eligibility for licensure

Minimum of two years experience working with school-aged children (teletherapy experience preferred)
