Join the RAC as a Mobile Mechanic – Boost Contract \\nAs an RAC Mobile Mechanic on our Boost Contract, you’ll benefit from our highest guaranteed salary and industry-leading support. \\n Top-tier pay, guaranteed – A base salary of £55,625 (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance), rising to £61,625 with performance bonuses. \\n You’ll be the one delivering that trusted service.

\\n The tools to succeed – Your own fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit from day one. \\n A clear working week – 40 core hours (Monday–Saturday) plus an average of 7 additional hours per week based on customer demand. As part of our market-leading Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) team, you’ll carry out high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs at customers’ homes or workplaces.
