Job Description
A facility is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Denver, CO. This one-of-a-kind mountain city will undoubtedly leave you feeling fulfilled! From exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, going on the "Brews & Views" bus tour, or walking around Larimer Square around dinner time – you won't run out of fun things to do.
This PRN opportunity is for physicians only who are board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds. Candidates must have 36 years of experience in family practice, emergency medicine, or urgent care, and be comfortable seeing pediatric patients as young as 3 months. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Patient volume ranges from 30 to 45 per day, making for a fast-paced environment. The EMR used is Practice Velocity. Only local candidates will be considered, as no lodging or travel expenses are provided. Credentialing takes approximately 90 days.
