Tile Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Primary responsibility is to support sales team with duties including but not limited to tile orders, billing and scheduling.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate and follow up with sales team to ensure product availability
  • Provide data and reports to help the sales team
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Handle the processing of all orders, billing and scheduling with accuracy and timeliness

Job Qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a coordination role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Technical proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detain and the ability to multi task

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills and abilities:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Specifically strong skills in excel)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to treat confidential and proprietary information with appropriate discretion ethically and professionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Perform Basic office/clerical task and make mathematical calculations
  • Effectively understand and carry out oral and written directions
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Build and maintain cooperative working relationships as part of a team effort
  • Good attendance and dependability
