Compensation and Working Hours

  • Competitive salary: £50,669 base salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £57,000
  • Weekly variety: You’ll work the average 40 hours per week across the year, receiving your roster seven days in advance with your core working hours confirmed three days prior.
  • Shift times: Shifts will fall between 06:00 and 02:00, and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Where you’ll work

You’ll be part of the Reading cluster, covering areas such as Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, Henley‑on‑Thames, Crowthorne and Sandhurst. Work is organised locally so you can start and finish at home, focusing your day on getting members back on the road in your local area.

What you’ll need

  • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical and diagnostic experience
  • A customer‑focused approach

  • Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and open to travel with overnight stays if necessary
