About the Role
Our client, a well-established industrial solutions provider, is seeking a Technical Sales Support Specialist to join their team in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is ideal for a technically savvy professional who enjoys working closely with sales teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and present technical solutions to clients

• Prepare detailed proposals, product specifications, and cost estimates

• Respond to RFQs and support the bid process with accurate technical documentation

• Serve as a liaison between engineering, production, and sales teams

• Provide post-sale technical support and assist with troubleshooting

• Participate in client meetings, trade shows, and product demonstrations

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales support, applications engineering, or a related field

• Degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering preferred

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

• Proficiency in CAD software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a plus
