RAC have a fantastic opportunity for an Automotive Technical Training Specialist to our Training Team based in Woking with a prestigious Supercar brand that have an outstanding reputation for quality, technical expertise and training delivery. We are looking to recruit an engaging Automotive Technical Training Specialist to design, develop and deliver a broad range of technical training programmes to meet the requirements of the retailer network. The role will require extensive International Travel to deliver training to our global retailer network. Experience as an Automotive Technical Trainer is desired.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training to a variety of delegates
- Ensure the provision of training resources: delegate handouts, PowerPoint slides, special tools, training aids and vehicles
- Proofread and amend training material
- Ensure all training activities comply with company's quality standards, meet health and safety requirements, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care
- Work as a member of the Technical Training Team, as well as delivering training independently
Role Requirements:
- Have excellent training delivery and facilitation skills, a passion for learning and coaching.
- Relevant adult training qualifications such as CIPD and TAP are preferred but not essential (additional development programmes are available if these qualifications have not yet been achieved)
- Be able to work under pressure and use innovation in the delivery and assessment of training
- Effective communicator
- Able to work within agreed time-scales
- Good knowledge and experience of MS Office applications and the internet
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
