RAC has an exciting opportunity for a Business Improvement Insight Analyst. In this new role you will play a key role in delivering data-led insight that supports Group Operations transformation priorities, helping the business make better decisions, improve customer outcomes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and turning analysis into meaningful business insight.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver actionable insight to support Group Operations transformation initiatives to make a measurable impact on results.
- Unpick complex business problems through data analysis, providing evidence-based insight and recommendations.
- Support business case development and benefit tracking for digital and operational improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve customer and member experience.
- Provide insight to support digitalisation, remote fix performance and entitlement containment activities.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories, recommendations and actions for senior stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with operational leaders, digital teams and other business functions to contextualise data insight and understand root cause.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to solve business problems.
- Experience with tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Sigma or similar analytics platforms.
- The ability to translate complex analysis into simple, engaging and actionable insight.
- A naturally curious mindset with the initiative to identify opportunities and investigate issues independently.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and constructively challenging the status quo through data-driven recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain the 'so what' behind the data.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Location: Hybrid working with regular attendance at RAC offices as required by the business.
