Now Hiring: Staff Pharmacists Retail Mail Order
Location: Fairfield, OH
Contract-to-Hire | 13-Week Assignment with Permanent Potential
Shift Availability:

The Opportunity:
Looking to make a meaningful contribution in a fast-moving, pharmacy-driven environment? We're partnering with a leading mail order pharmacy in search of Ohio-licensed pharmacists who bring a strong clinical foundation, a steady focus under pressure, and the desire to grow into a long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct and support pharmacy technicians and clerical staff to ensure smooth, accurate processing of medication orders.

Oversee daily pharmacy operations with a strong eye on quality, security, and compliance.

Review and approve prescriptions for safety, proper dosing, drug interactions, and contraindications.

Manage and monitor controlled substances, with particular emphasis on perpetual inventory control for Schedule II drugs.

Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
What You Bring:

A current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Ohio

Previous experience in high-volume retail or compounding pharmacy environments (preferred)

Attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and comfort working in a structured workflow system
