Speech Therapist in Sacramento, CA (Hiring Immediately)

This position is for a Speech Language Pathologist providing essential services in a K-12 school setting in Sacramento, CA. Serving students from elementary through middle school, this role offers a caseload of 45 to 50 students and requires 35-40 hours per week. The opportunity is a contract position for the entire school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual and onsite speech-language pathology services to students across elementary and middle school grades
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to students needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and school policies
• Participate in professional development and clinical advisory sessions to enhance best practices

Qualifications:

• Required state license as a Speech Language Pathologist in South Carolina
• Credentials such as Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY), or certification as a school-based SLP
• Experience working in school settings with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both virtually and onsite
• Commitment to student-centered care and collaborative team approach
