Job Description
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Minden, Louisiana for the 20252026 school year. The SLPA will work onsite, collaborating closely with a supervising SLP and school staff to support students speech and language development.
Position Responsibilities:

Implement speech and language therapy activities under the direction of a supervising SLP

Provide services individually or in small groups targeting speech, language, fluency, and voice goals

Assist in screening and assessments during the evaluation process

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to meet IEP goals and support student communication needs

Maintain accurate and confidential student records

Support IEP implementation and the special education process
Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field

Active Louisiana SLPA License
