Soliant Education is seeking a qualified and passionate Special Education Teacher for an onsite Secondary Autism Support position. This classroom-based role is focused on supporting 8th and 9th grade students in a structured autism support program.

Contract Length: Full 20252026 school year
Salary Range:
$50,000 $75,000 (based on years of experience, teaching certification, and degree level)
Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and group instruction based on IEP goals

Create and implement lesson plans tailored to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent progress

Maintain detailed records of student performance and behavior

Conduct assessments and participate in IEP meetings

Foster a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field

Valid PA Teaching Certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain)

Experience working with students with autism preferred
