Job Description
A high school is seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide both academic resource support and social-emotional guidance for students. This role requires a professional who can effectively balance instructional responsibilities with counseling to foster students educational and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction and resource support to high school students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers to modify curriculum and materials for students receiving special education services
- Provide social-emotional support to students, helping them develop coping strategies and improve classroom engagement
- Monitor student progress and maintain detailed documentation on educational and behavioral goals
