Position Summary:
As a Seasonal Sourcing Specialist, you’ll support our recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates for a variety of roles across industries. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and our clients to build strong talent pipelines and support successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and other platforms

Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and maintain accurate records in our ATS (Bullhorn)

Manage open job orders and keep postings updated

Send recruiting emails, texts, and follow-ups to engage applicants

Assist with onboarding coordination and start date scheduling

Reconnect with past applicants for new opportunities

Track sourcing metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire)
Requirements:

Experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role

Familiarity with ATS systems (Bullhorn preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

Knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
