Job Summary
We're seeking a hands-on Soft Chew Formulator to lead production and formulation of human soft chew supplements. This role blends R&D, daily operations, and process improvement. Ideal candidates have a background in chemistry or food science and experience in FDA-regulated product
development.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and develop new soft chew products
Oversee daily production and support staff
Ensure GMP compliance and maintain documentation
Manage raw material and packaging inventory
Coordinate shipments and operational tasks
Collaborate on R&D and process scaling
Qualifications
Bachelors in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or related
