Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our client’s team in Carlsbad, CA. This full-time position combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with light office administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments and materials

Accurately prepare and package outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation

Maintain shipping and receiving logs and inventory records

Coordinate with carriers and vendors to schedule deliveries and pickups

Perform basic data entry and update inventory management systems

Support office tasks such as filing, scanning, ordering supplies, and answering phones

Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations is preferred

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
