Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a press brake machine. You will begin by retrieving the setup sheet and gathering the necessary tooling and materials to perform the job efficiently. Once materials and tooling are collected, you will set up the machine according to specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy in every operation. A quality check is required every 20 parts to maintain high standards. Will be operating Cincinnati and Amada press brakes.
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM M-Th
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM M-Th + $2 shift differential
$24-28/hour
*There will be OT – 45-50 hour work week*
Responsibilities
- Retrieve setup sheets and gather necessary tooling and materials.
- Set up press brake machine according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks every 20 parts.
- Operate additional machinery such as shear and punch press as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
- Ensure proper handling and processing of sheet metal.
