Service Manager: $75-90k

Job Description

The Service Manager will lead a team responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of dental equipment, including vacuums, compressors, dental chairs, units, and radiography machines, across Texas, Oklahoma, and parts of Arkansas and New Mexico. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with customer specifications and company standards, while ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a team of over 40 service personnel, including service coordinators, technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Ensure all team functions comply with customer specifications and company requirements.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve regional labor sales goals.
  • Oversee time and attendance reporting and coordinate vacation scheduling.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction.
  • Conduct and coordinate regular meetings with service personnel.
  • Oversee professional training for service technicians.
