Now Hiring: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist School-Based Position in Santa Rosa, CA
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a full-time role within a supportive school district located in Santa Rosa, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is ready to take on a well-balanced caseload, contribute to a collaborative education team, and support students in developing vital communication skills.
In this role, you will work with a caseload of 37 students, all of whom require individualized speech-language services to meet their academic and developmental goals. Your expertise will directly influence student outcomes and empower them to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Hours: 7.5 hours per day

Caseload Size: 37 students
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose communication disorders

Develop and implement tailored IEPs with measurable speech-language goals

Provide therapy services individually and in small groups

Work closely with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families

Maintain accurate and up-to-date service documentation

Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional insight on student progress
Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Current California SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply

Strong knowledge of school-based therapy practices and compliance standards

Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
