Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Sugar Land, TX

Schedule: Full-Time | School-Based | Contract Position
Caseload: K12 | Includes therapy, assessments, and case management
Licensure: Texas SLP License or CFY License accepted (CCC or CF welcome)

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district in Sugar Land, Texas for the 20252026 school year. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a variety of responsibilities including direct therapy, speech assessments, and case management duties. Both CCC-certified therapists and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Texas SLP License or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Job Duties:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and write comprehensive reports

  • Serve as case manager for assigned students

  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff

  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain timely documentation
