ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an exciting opportunity. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Conduct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions based on student needs.
  • Maintain detailed records and collect data on student progress.
  • Collaborate closely with school personnel, teachers, and parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies.
  • Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Prior experience working with children, preferably in educational or behavioral settings.
