Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, methodologies, and ethical standards
- Experience working with diverse populations, particularly children with special needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate behavioral needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure cohesive support
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on ABA techniques
- Analyze data and document progress to adjust BIPs as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing care discussions
