Schools - BCBA (Hiring Immediately)

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and passionate BCBAto join a charter school district in San Jose, CA for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. The BCBA will provide behavioral therapy and support to students with Autismand other developmental disabilities, utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance students social, emotional, and academic success.

• Position: Contract K-12 BCBA
• Type: W2 Employment
• Contract length: August 7,2025 – June 4, 2026
• Location:High school | 1-3school sites
• Schedule:Monday – Friday
• Hours: 8:00- 4:30
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
• Payment: Weekly direct deposit
• Pay rate:$65-84+ per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify students needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address students behavioral and academic goals.
• Provide training and support to teachers, staff, and families in implementing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across environments.
• Provide direct therapy to students as needed, including one-on-one and group sessions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessments, progress, and interventions.
• Attend IEP meetings and provide behavioral input to support student goals.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – National licensure required
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other professionals.
