Job Description
A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the remainder of the school year in a K-12 setting. This in-person role requires a mitment of 37.5 hours per week, focusing on supporting students psychological and educational needs within the school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide consultation and support to staff regarding behavioral and learning challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student intervention strategies.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Ensure pliance with district, state, and federal regulations related to special education and psychological services.
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 populations.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and staff.
- Excellent munication and organizational abilities.
