School Psychologist in Waldorf, MD (Hiring Immediately)

A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the 2024-25 school year in the Waldorf, MD area, servicing two K-12 schools. This role requires working onsite to provide prehensive psychological services across all grade levels, with a preference for candidates who have behavioral experience. The schools serve a diverse student body, offering a rewarding environment to impact student growth and well-being directly.

Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, developing intervention plans, collaborating with educators and families, and providing behavioral support to students. This contract position is for the entire school year, with an expected schedule of 35 hours per week.

Qualifications and preferred experience:

• Maryland certification as a School Psychologist is required; candidates certified out-of-state or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience with behavioral interventions and supports is a strong advantage
