Job Description
This opportunity seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide specialized services within an educational setting for an Extended School Year (ESY) program.
Location: Boston, MA
Position Type: Contract
Work Setting: In-person at a school facility
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring aligned with student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with special education staff, classroom teachers, and families to support student mobility and functional needs.
- Facilitate therapeutic activities that enhance physical development, mobility, and independence throughout the ESY period.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and municate regularly regarding student progress.
