Job Description
A healthcare opportunity is available for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) specializing in school-based care. This contract position focuses on providing vital one-on-one nursing support to a student requiring specialized medical attention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one nursing care, including monitoring and support throughout the school day
- Administer approximately eight gastrostomy tube (G-tube) feedings daily with precision and care
- Manage diabetic care by monitoring blood glucose levels using Blue Loop, calculating carbohydrates, and administering insulin as prescribed
- Collaborate with school staff and healthcare providers to ensure consistent, safe, and effective care tailored to the students unique medical needs
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of medical care and munication with relevant parties
Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN or LVN license
