Job Description
Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist near Santa Clara, CA. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team dedicated to supporting student communication and academic growth.
Position Overview:

Schedule: Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

Start Date: 2025-2026 School Year
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success

Provide direct therapy services and conduct assessments as needed

Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state guidelines

Support an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse communication needs
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active California SLP license (or ability to obtain)

CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with strong supervision available

School-based experience is a plus but not required
