Join Our Client's team as a Retail Center Sales Consultants – Sarasota, FL (On-site). Looking for people who are open to ON-SITE ONLY and have an active 2-15/2-40 License.

Assignment: Contract
Pay: $25-26/hour
Start Date: September 2025
End Date: December 2025

Position Summary:
Retail Center Sales Consultants play a vital role in achieving sales, renewal, retention, and community outreach goals. This customer-facing position involves consultative selling, lead management, product expertise, and local business development. Success in the role requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and comfort with evolving business models and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations:

Deliver a consultative sales and service experience, educating customers on health, wellness, and income protection products.

Utilize web-based tools to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.

Handle plan comparisons, present product features and benefits, and guide customers through available options.

Conduct sales and retention calls using various communication methods (in-person, phone, electronic).

Meet or exceed sales, retention, and customer satisfaction goals.

Manage and follow up on sales leads, perform outbound call campaigns, and maintain relationships to drive loyalty.

Provide orientation on digital tools and available services, including clinician support and cross-selling opportunities.

Support enrollment and educational sessions both in-center and in community settings.

Community Engagement & Business Development:

Develop and execute a personal business development plan focused on community outreach and grassroots marketing.

Build relationships with local organizations and networking groups to promote center services and brand awareness.

Represent the company at events and employer sites to support enrollments and drive growth.

Track and report on community engagement outcomes to adjust strategies and improve impact.

Center Operations:

Support special events, public seminars, and promotional programs hosted at the center.

Greet and assist walk-in, electronic, and phone-based customers, guiding them to the right services or support.

Collect and track visitor data for operational improvements.

Lead tours and explain the center's value to individuals and small groups.

Foster a collaborative, values-driven environment aligned with the enterprise mission.

Job Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.

Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals.

Experience with health insurance (individual and group), sales, and community outreach preferred.

Comfortable with public speaking, networking, and relationship management.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: 0–1 year of related experience or equivalent education and transferable skills.
