Restaurant Area Field Training Manager
Nashville, TN
$85k – $100k
Are you passionate about developing talent, driving excellence, and playing a critical role in building strong teams? If so, we’re looking for an Area Field Training Leader who is ready to make an impact and take our training programs to the next level.
The Area Field Training Leader is at the heart of our team’s success, responsible for creating and implementing highly effective training systems. You’ll work with restaurant leaders to develop and manage training locations and ensure team members and managers excel in their roles. From setting training goals to acting as a brand ambassador, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. This role requires flexibility, as you’ll be traveling 50-75% of the time and living within your assigned area. With this dynamic position, no two days will look the same, and you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing your contributions are building a thriving company grounded in strong values.
Your Role:
■Implement and deliver effective training systems to elevate performance and consistency.
■Develop and oversee training locations for managers and team members.
■Set and track annual training goals for assigned restaurants.
■Facilitate and support training and development programs.
■Monitor, provide feedback, and improve training meetings and initiatives.
■Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting company values throughout your region.
Who We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring energy, expertise, and a strong foundation in training and operations. The ideal candidate will:
■Have at least 3 years of restaurant operations experience (quick service or fast casual preferred).
■Hold a bachelor’s degree (preferred).
■Bring 5+ years of multi-unit training experience and deep knowledge of adult learning methods.
■Be proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new systems.
■Possess excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
