Minimum 1+ years Deaf & Hard of Hearing Specialist experience required.

Soliant is seeking a certified educator for a full-time, fully remote position supporting adult learners who are deaf or hard of hearing. This unique opportunity involves career goal consultations and CTE (Career & Technical Education) development for individuals 18 years and older.

Position Overview:

  • Full-Time | MondayFriday | Fully Remote

  • Focus: Adult programming, career goal consultations, and CTE planning

  • Population: Adults aged 18+

  • School district details will be disclosed upon candidate qualification.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active New York State Certification in one of the following (Required):

  • Special Education

  • School Counselor

  • Guidance Counselor

  • Experience in Career & Technical Education (CTE) (Required)

  • Experience working with Deaf or Hard of Hearing populations (Required)

  • DHH Certification is highly preferred

  • Strong munication and virtual instruction skills
