Position Overview
Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist eager to make a meaningful difference without the daily mute? Join our dynamic virtual team and provide essential therapy services to K12 students across Maryland all from the fort of your own home. This fully remote role empowers you to support students in developing independence, confidence, and vital skills to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Key Responsibilities

Lead engaging, individualized occupational therapy sessions that directly support students IEP goals

Design, implement, and refine treatment plans tailored to each students unique motor, sensory, and functional needs

Partner regularly with special education teams, classroom teachers, and families to provide prehensive student support

Actively contribute clinical expertise in virtual IEP meetings to help guide student progress and success

Monitor and document student outes meticulously, adjusting approaches based on data and feedback

Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Current, active Maryland Occupational Therapy license

Minimum of two years experience in pediatric or school-based therapy preferred
