Job Description
Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)
Shifts Available: Day and Night Shifts
We are seeking a fast-acting and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – ER to join our per diem team. The ideal candidate can adapt quickly to emergency situations, providing efficient and effective patient care.
Responsibilities:

Provide immediate triage and assessment of incoming patients.

Perform rapid interventions to stabilize patients experiencing trauma, injury, or acute medical conditions.

Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency treatments as needed.

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of treatment provided.

Educate and counsel patients and their families about post-treatment care and follow-up.

Ensure adherence to emergency protocols and safety measures.
Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.

Minimum of 2 years of ER or emergency care experience.

Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced situations.

Familiarity with emergency medical equipment, including defibrillators and trauma tools.

Strong decision-making and communication skills.
