This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Referral Agent (Legal), your main responsibilities will include:
1. Leveraging your knowledge of legal terminology to accurately and effectively communicate with both clients and legal professionals.
2. Providing exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
3. Facilitating the referral process by connecting clients with appropriate legal professionals based on their specific needs.
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, referrals, and outcomes.
5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless referral process and to continually improve our services.
6. Staying updated on the latest industry trends, legal regulations, and referral best practices.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Referral Agent (Legal) position should possess the following qualifications:
