Job Description
Location: Anderson, Indiana
Shift: Third Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 2-2-3 Schedule
Training: Could be on First Shift (M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) during onboarding

Technician and play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to support
finished product, packaging, and raw material testing within a dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test finished products, raw materials (milk, oil, corn syrup), and packaging for compliance.
- Conduct cream release and component/ID testing on incoming materials.
- Execute quality control tests and perform mathematical QA calculations.
- Calibrate and maintain Charm SL equipment and related cleaning solutions.
- Monitor lab conditions, including daily temperature checks.
- Ensure proper sample handling and test execution following GDP and GLP standards.
- Report and escalate deviations; maintain accurate records in SAP and related systems.
- Support audits, manage lab supply inventory, and update protocols as needed.
- Participate in internal audits, continuous improvement, and cross-training initiatives.
- Obtain and maintain Appendix N certification and perform annual split sample analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related life sciences.
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, SQF, and food safety regulations.
- Experience with wet chemistry techniques, titration, and chemical testing.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of QA procedures.
Work Environment:
- Split time between the laboratory and production floor.
- Engage in sensory evaluations, bulk material testing, and instrument calibrations.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $23.00/hr.
