Job Description
Are you passionate about helping people through complex property insurance claims? We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and client-focused Public Insurance Adjuster to join our growing team in Franklin, TN — a vibrant community known for its charming downtown, welcoming atmosphere, and high quality of life. This is a Direct Hire role with a competitive salary and an exciting mix of fieldwork, client advocacy, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for residential and commercial policyholders in property loss claims.
• Assess and document property damage on-site, including compiling detailed inventories.
• Interpret insurance policy language to determine claim coverage.
• Negotiate with insurance company adjusters to secure fair settlements for clients.
• Assist clients in recreating lost inventories using photos, physical evidence, and vendor visits.
• Prepare reports and track claims using Excel, inventory software, and Salesforce.
• Deliver excellent customer service from initial contact through claim resolution.
• Coordinate insurance proceeds and track disbursements.
• Travel to loss sites and vendor locations (some overnight travel required).
• Support special projects and help improve internal claims processes.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience as a public adjuster or representing policyholders.
• Familiarity with Personify, NOAH, or similar AMS systems.
• Background in HVAC, general contracting, construction, or home inspection is a plus.
