Job Description
As a Trimmer, you will utilize hand routers, trimmers, drills, and fixtures to trim and assemble finished products. You will also be responsible for packing finished products in boxes for shipment, tracking production output, and ensuring product quality. Daily communication with Technicians is essential, as is providing recommendations to improve production processes for enhanced time management and quality work habits.

- Pack finished products in boxes in preparation for shipping to customers.
- Track production output, product quality, and scrapped parts.
- Offer recommendations to improve production processes for better time management and quality work habits.
Essential Skills
- Experience with hand tools and power tools.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to handle heavy lifting.
- Proficiency in using a tape measure.
- Basic computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience with trimming molded plastic parts is preferred.
- Experience with operating molding equipment is desirable.
- Quality control experience is desirable.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00/hr.
