Schedule: 11pm-7am Fri-Sun + Wed
Location/Setting: Burgettstown, PA (Home environment)

Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
