Job Description
Your Next Career Opportunity – Real Estate Administrator II
Real Estate Administrator II, Tenant Leasing is responsible for the preparation and revision of Tenant leases and amendments, and legal documents related to site and tower leasing for domestic and international sites.
The role is also accountable for drafting leases and amendments and performing legal document research.
What You Will Do – Primary Responsibilities
oUnder the direction of the management team, draft and revise Tenant leases and amendments, and other legal documents such as Memorandums.
oUnder the direction of Director, Tenant Leasing assist with the review of Tenant Leases and Amendments as assigned.
oPrepare due diligences related to Tenant Leases.
oUnder the supervision of Supervisor, Tenant Leasing, assist with legal document research and drafting of Tenant lease renewals and variance amendments.
oInterface with Account Executives, Real Estate Administrators, Administrative Assistants, and other internal departments to resolve issues related to Tenant leasing.
oOther projects and duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need – Qualifications & Requirements
oEnglish/Spanish required
oH.S. Diploma/GED Associates degree preferred.
o and 3+ years experience reading, interpreting, analyzing and preparing leases, legal documents and/or contracts with a working knowledge in legal terminology.
oCertified Paralegal and/or Legal Assistant cert a plus.
oNotary License a plus.
