As a Personal Case Manager at the Porsche Customer Relations Hub, you’ll be the voice of one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands. You’ll provide tailored, empathetic support to every customer, ensuring their experience reflects the prestige of the Porsche name.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for Porsche customers via phone and email
  • Take ownership of enquiries and complaints, delivering timely, personalised resolutions
  • Handle FCA-regulated complaints with professionalism and care
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with Porsche Centres and internal teams to ensure seamless service
  • Continuously grow your knowledge of Porsche products, services, and compliance standards
  • Tailor goodwill gestures to reflect each customer’s unique experience

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in customer support within a Contact Centre Environment
  • Confident communicator with strong listening skills
  • Skilled in complaint handling and resolution
  • Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Resilient, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
