Job Description
RPh on the Go is actively seeking an IV Compounding Pharmacy Technician for a 13-week contract in Chantilly, Virginia. There is potential for direct hire in this role. If there is any interest, please consider applying!
Schedule/Shift: 13-week contract, Monday through Friday, Day Shift.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare intravenous admixtures and sterile products using aseptic techniques in compliance.
- Accurately measure, mix, and label compounded IV medications following physician orders.
- Operate and maintain cleanroom equipment, laminar flow hoods, and infusion devices.
- Document compounding activities and perform quality checks to ensure product safety and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Active and clear Virginia pharmacy technician license.
- Home infusion or inpatient experience required.
- Sterile compounding experience.
- National certification.
