A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at a public charter elementary school in Bridgeport, CT, serving students from pre-K through 6th grade. This role requires providing speech therapy services to a caseload of 23 students within a trauma-sensitive educational environment that integrates social-emotional learning alongside academic instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students in pre-kindergarten through 6th grade.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to support student communication goals.
  • Provide services in accordance with school policies and state regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate documentation.

  • Current Connecticut Speech-Language Pathology license required.
