Position Overview:
As an SLP, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you can make a difference in the lives of children with speech, language, and communication disorders. Pediatric experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with speech, language, dysphagia, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate students and their families about communication disorders and treatment strategies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in the field.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Nebraska and/or Iowa.
- New graduates considered, with supervision provided for completing their clinical fellowship year.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment techniques, and therapeutic interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
