PC Technician (Hiring Immediately)

We are looking for a dedicated PC Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Altoona, Iowa. This opportunity involves supporting the setup and management of Chromebooks and other hardware. If you enjoy hands-on technical tasks and contributing to critical projects, this role is a perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Chromebook carts by integrating power chargers and ensuring proper assembly.

• Assemble and organize Chromebook carts to meet operational needs.

• Accurately label and categorize Chromebooks for efficient deployment.

• Assist with audiovisual equipment checks and walkthroughs as needed.

• Contribute to additional projects requiring low-level technical support.

• Ensure hardware is functioning optimally and address minor troubleshooting tasks.

• Collaborate with team members to complete project milestones effectively

• Familiarity with Chromebook setup and management.
• Basic knowledge of laptop hardware and related components.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle labeling and assembly tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technical processes.
• No prior experience required, but a passion for technology is essential.
