We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Middlesex County, NJ. This contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to manage payroll processes and contribute to the overall financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll systems, accounting principles, and a strong grasp of QuickBooks and ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage payroll operations accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain and reconcile financial records with precision.

• Handle payroll tasks through ADP Workforce Now, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.
