Job Description
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Employment Type: 1099 Contract
Location: Virtual Serving Arizona Schools
Schedule: 30 hours per week
Start Date: Open for upcoming placements
Soliant is partnering with school districts across Arizona to bring on a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students through a fully remote platform. This role is ideal for clinicians who want flexibility, a consistent schedule, and the ability to make a measurable differenceall from home.
Primary Responsibilities:

Provide virtual speech-language services to students in grades K12

Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop therapy plans

Communicate regularly with school teams and families to support IEP goals

Monitor and report student progress while maintaining accurate documentation

Attend IEP and team meetings virtually as needed
Qualifications:

Must hold an active Arizona SLP license

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

ASHA certification (CCC) preferred

2+ years of experience in a school or pediatric therapy setting

Tech-savvy and comfortable delivering services via teletherapy platforms
