Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a flexible part-time role in a friendly, community-focused environment? We’re seeking a reliable Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant to join our team in West Seattle.
Hours:
Part-time (20-25 hours/week)
Flexible schedule available during standard business hours
Length: Contract to hire
Location:
On-site in West Seattle
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software

Reconcile accounts, process invoices, and track expenses

Assist with payroll and tax preparation

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Support general office operations (scheduling, supplies, correspondence)

Help with occasional special projects and team coordination
Qualifications:

Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative support
