Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on laws, regulations, and case precedents.
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital legal documents for easy access.
• Prepare evidence and supporting materials for attorney review and case development.
• Draft detailed reports to assist attorneys in trial preparation.
• Create and revise legal documents, including contracts, affidavits, and other formal statements.
• Collect and arrange formal statements and affidavits for use in legal proceedings.
• Provide trial support by managing exhibits, reviewing transcripts, and taking detailed notes.
• File legal briefs, appeals, and other required documents with courts and opposing counsel.
• Coordinate interviews, depositions, and meetings by communicating with clients, witnesses, attorneys, and external vendors.• Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong experience in drafting legal briefs and correspondence.
• Knowledge of personal injury plaintiffs and insurance defense cases.
• Familiarity with insurance defense litigation processes.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals.
