Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations at the combined-cycle power plant, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution activities, including shipping functions and customs procedures.
• Collaborate with landfill partners to support the extraction and utilization of gas for energy production.
• Monitor and maintain systems related to gas and steam turbines to optimize performance.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to address operational issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all plant operations.
• Assist in scheduling and workflow management to meet production goals.
• Provide support during transitions or absences of key team members to maintain operational continuity.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding processes for new team members as needed.• Proven experience in power plant operations, specifically with combined-cycle facilities.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution processes, including shipping and customs.
